    • Delivery area
      We deliver island-wide to all 25 districts of Sri Lanka with reliable, traceable delivery, including Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kandy, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Jaffna, and all other regions.
    • Delivery time frames
        • Colombo & Suburbs (Gampaha, Kalutara): 2–5 business days
        • Southern Region (Galle, Matara): 3–5 business days
        • Central Region (Kandy, Matale, Nuwara Eliya): 5–7 business days
        • Western North (Kurunegala, Chilaw): 5–7 business days
        • Northern Region (Jaffna, Vavuniya, Mannar): 7–14 business days
        • Eastern Region (Batticaloa, Ampara, Trincomalee): 7–14 business days
        • Remote / Hill Country Areas: 7–21 business days
    • Shipping charges
        • Free shipping: Orders over Rs. 10,000 (within Colombo)
        • Colombo & Western Province: Rs. 350 (orders under Rs. 10,000)
        • Other Provinces: Rs. 550
        • Remote Areas: Rs. 800–1,200 (determined by location)
    • Express delivery
      Yes — express options are available within Colombo. Contact support for confirmation.
    • Order tracking
      Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. Track your package in real time on our website or contact customer service for updates.
    • Change of delivery address
      Contact us immediately at support@almumtaz.lk or WhatsApp 0771666786. We can change the address only if the order has not been shipped.
    • Weekend and holiday deliveries
      Regular deliveries run Monday–Saturday. Holiday deliveries depend on logistics availability; we provide advance notice for any delays during public holidays.

    Returns Policy

    • Return window
      We offer a 7-day return policy on unworn, unused items in original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original bill or invoice.

        • Unused, unworn items
        • In original, resaleable condition
        • In original packaging and protective coverings
        • With original bill or invoice included
        • Returned within 7 days of purchase
    • Not eligible for return
        • Items that have been worn or used
        • Damaged items (unless the damage is our responsibility)
        • Items without the original invoice
        • Customized or personalized items
        • Items purchased during sales (final sale)

    • How to initiate a return
      Contact customer service to start the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Return charges
      Logistics costs apply for the items.
    • Damaged items on arrival
      Report damage within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost. Our delivery partners inspect items with you during delivery, and all items are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage.
    • Wrong item received
      Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item received and ship the correct item immediately.

    Exchanges

    • Exchange eligibility
      Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags intact and the original bill or invoice provided.
    • How to exchange
        1. Contact our customer service team
        2. Confirm your exchange choice and details
        3. We arrange prepaid pickup of the original item
        4. Upon receipt and inspection, we ship the exchange
        5. Any price difference is adjusted accordingly
    • Exchange charges
      Any applicable charges or price differences will be communicated during the exchange process.

    Special Situations

    • Wedding and bulk orders
      Please contact customer service for special handling, lead times, and pricing for wedding or bulk orders.
    • Returning a gift
      If you received a gift, include the invoice for faster processing. Our standard return and exchange policy applies.
    • Order cancellation
        • Before shipping: Free cancellation is available. Full refund processed within 5–21 business days.
        • After shipping: Contact customer service for options; standard shipping and return rules apply.
