Do you offer installment payment plans?

No, but call and convert via your bank is possible for orders above specified amounts.

Yes, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes future orders quicker and allows you to track your purchase history.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver island-wide to all 25 districts of Sri Lanka, including:

  • Colombo (2-5 Days)
  • Gampaha, Kalutara (2-5 days)
  • Kandy, Galle, Matara (4-6 days)
  • Kurunegala, Jaffna (6-10 days)
  • Remote areas (7-21days)
What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is FREE for orders within Colombo over Rs. 10,000

  • Colombo: Rs. 350 for orders under Rs. 10,000
  • Western Province: Rs. 350 
  • Other provinces: Rs. 550 
  • Remote areas: Actual charges (approximately Rs. 800-1,200)
How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order is dispatched. You can track your package in real-time on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Can I get express delivery?

Yes! Contact us for details based on your location.

What if I want to change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at support@almumtaz.lk or WhatsApp. We can change the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Regular deliveries are Monday-Saturday. Holiday deliveries depend on logistics availability. Contact us for specific details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy on unworn, unused items in original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original bill/invoice.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Report damage within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange immediate replacement at no cost. Our delivery team inspects items with you during delivery to prevent such issues.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, within 7 days of purchase, items can be exchanged for size, color, or style. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Are discounted items returnable?

Items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us immediately and we'll resolve it right away. 

How long does the refund process take?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7-21 working days to your original payment method.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Most items are covered by our Quality Assurance Guarantee. Any defects in material or craftsmanship will be replaced free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Specific products may have extended warranties—check the product page for details.

What if a seam breaks or the fabric tears shortly after purchase?

Contact us within 7 days with photos. If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace the item free of charge.
