  • We offer FREE Colombo-wide deliveryΒ  on orders above LKR 10,000
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Products are unavailable

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

6.1 Return Policy

  • 7-day return policy for unworn items in original packaging
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in re-saleable condition with all original tags attached
  • Sale items (items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted Items) cannot be returned
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

6.2 Return Process

  • Returns are inspected and processed within 7-10 working days after receipt

6.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 7-21 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

6.4 Exchanges

  • 7-day exchange policy for size, color, or style exchanges
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Subject to availability of requested item
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly (refund or additional payment required)

7. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
